The LZSX core building machine is consist of: l Tube inserting unit: The width of tube magazine can be adjusted for different tube “W”, and the centering adjust device is used for different tube “L”, 2 air cylinders is used for inserting the tube automatically in forth and back movement of the tube inserting unit. The tube inserting unit is driven by electrical motor and the position is measured by encode, the number, raw and distance of tubes are imputed by Touch screen. l Tube divider unit: the tube divider is used to align the fins, the spaces between the dividers can be changed, and larger space is used for inserting tubes and fins. l Core compression unit: to be driven by hydraulic cylinder and limited by mechanical stopper l Header plate assembly unit: to be driven by hydraulic cylinder and limited by mechanical stopper l Tube expansion unit: it is hidden in Header plate assembly unit, work or not work can be chosen by user with Touch screen The “Tube divider unit”, “Header plate assembly unit” and “Tube expansion unit” are mounted on the table, and centering adjust device is used for different tube “L”. l Hydraulic unit: l Electrical unit:
